There are no hidden extras at Hunter's Moon. The price you see on the booking calendar covers the whole house, all the facilities and all the bills, with a welcome hamper waiting on the table when you arrive.

The house and grounds
- Exclusive use of the whole house and an acre of private gardens
- Private hot tub, heated and ready for your arrival
- Cinema pod with Sky Q movies and sports, Netflix and DVD library
- Logs, kindling and firelighters for the open fire
- Barbecue, chiminea, garden furniture and sun loungers
- Free WiFi throughout (rural broadband, so speeds vary)

We can arrange extras to make a special occasion even easier: in-house private chef and catering, fine-dining deliveries, celebration hampers, cocktail making, wellness treatments and more. Not included
- The refundable £450 security deposit, pre-authorised seven days before arrival (see security deposit).
- Holiday cancellation insurance, which is a condition of booking.
- Any extras arranged through our partner suppliers, which are paid directly to them.
Arrival and departure
The house is yours from 4pm on the day of arrival until 10am on the day you leave. The hot tub will be hot, the fire laid, the heating on and the hamper on the table. Detailed directions and the code for the gate are sent with your booking confirmation, and our housekeeper is on hand locally throughout your stay if you need anything.
